Participants will gain insight into various healthy child rearing practices, including the importance of a balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, and positive discipline. The workshop will also address how parents should relate to their child during different stages of the developmental cycle. Dr. Cheng will encourage interactive discussion with participants on several topics related to child rearing.
